Remote Digital Growth & CRM Marketing Manager

About the role

Join Outsourcey as a Remote Digital Growth & CRM Marketing Manager and lead the acquisition strategy for a fast‑growing franchise network. You will own the full customer journey—from first contact through long‑term retention—using data‑driven campaigns and automation to drive qualified leads and improve conversion rates.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and optimise Meta and Google Ads campaigns to increase qualified lead volume while reducing cost per lead.
• Design, build and test landing pages, sales funnels and A/B experiments to boost funnel conversion rates.
• Own the CRM workflow in GoHighLevel, creating automated nurture, re‑engagement and retention sequences.
• Implement AI‑driven automations using Make.com, Zapier or n8n to save manual hours and improve efficiency.
• Analyse performance data (GA4, Looker Studio) and deliver actionable insights to franchisees.
• Increase organic traffic through SEO, content optimisation and technical improvements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in digital or growth marketing.
• Proven track record managing Meta Ads and Google Ads at scale.
• Strong understanding of SEO and conversion optimisation.
• Experience with Go High Level or similar CRM platforms.
• Excellent written English, highly organised and proactive.
• Commercial mindset with business acumen; remote‑work ready.
