Remote Construction Estimator (Philippines-Based)

About the role

Gill Construction is looking for a detail‑oriented Remote Construction Estimator based in the Philippines to support its high‑end residential remodeling projects in the United States. You will work closely with U.S. project managers and leadership to produce accurate estimates, manage takeoffs, and keep pre‑construction workflows running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quantity takeoffs and cost estimates from plans and specifications.
• Assist with budgeting, pre‑construction workflows, and bid coordination.
• Support subcontractor pricing and change‑order tracking.
• Update estimates and maintain revision logs.
• Organize estimating data in JobTread or similar construction software.
• Collaborate remotely with U.S.‑based project managers and leadership.

Required profile

• Prior experience in construction estimating or takeoffs, preferably residential remodeling.
• Strong Excel and organizational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup.
• Ability to overlap partially with U.S. business hours.

Required skills

• JobTread (or similar construction management platform).
• Buildertrend, Procore, or CoConstruct.
• Microsoft Excel.
