Remote Civil Estimator – Work From Home (Australia Experience Required)

About the role

Farra Civil Pty Ltd is seeking a Remote Civil Estimator to support Australian construction projects from the Philippines. This contract position offers flexible hours, the ability to work from anywhere in the Philippines, and direct collaboration with an Australian contractor.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil works based on Australian project specifications.
• Analyse project drawings, specifications, and scope to develop accurate pricing.
• Collaborate with the Australian contractor to clarify requirements and adjust estimates as needed.
• Maintain and update estimating databases and documentation.
• Provide performance reports and support for bid submissions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in civil estimating, preferably on Australian projects.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and Australian standards.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication skills for virtual collaboration.
