Remote Business Law Paralegal (English/Spanish)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Law Paralegal to support a U.S.-based Business Contracts Attorney. The role is fully remote and requires bilingual communication in English and Spanish, focusing on contract drafting, legal research, and document management.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and organize business contracts and related legal documents.
• Conduct legal research on U.S. Business Law matters.
• Assist attorneys with contract preparation, revisions, and document management.
• Maintain organized legal files, case records, and legal calendars.
• Communicate professionally with clients in both English and Spanish.
• Utilize legal software, CRM systems, and document‑management platforms.
• Provide general administrative and paralegal support as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a paralegal in a U.S. Business Law firm or supporting a U.S. Business Law practice.
• Bilingual fluency in English (C1 level or higher) and Spanish.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or current enrollment in Law School.
• Strong legal research, writing, and document‑management abilities.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
