Remote Appointment Setter (Telesales) – US Hours

About the role

Nova Solutions is seeking a remote Appointment Setter to be the first point of contact with US home‑service business owners. You will combine cold outbound calling with warm inbound lead follow‑up to qualify prospects and schedule product demos for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to HVAC, plumbing, roofing, and electrical contractors.
• Qualify leads, handle objections, and book 15‑minute demo appointments.
• Follow up on inbound leads that have expressed interest in our AI‑powered services.
• Maintain accurate records of contacts and activities in a CRM system.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment‑setting KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in cold calling, appointment setting, telesales or sales development.
• Fluent English with clear pronunciation and confident phone communication.
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls during US business hours.
• Strong time‑management skills and ability to work independently from a remote location.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, quality headset, and a quiet workspace.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM to manage leads and sales activities.
• Familiarity with dialer platforms such as Aircall, JustCall or RingCentral.
