Remote Agency Recruitment Consultant – High Earnings

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Agency Recruitment Consultant to work remotely and help us source top accounting talent for our clients in Australia, New Zealand and beyond. You will manage your own desk, build pipelines, and earn commissions well above industry averages.

Key responsibilities

• Cold‑ and warm‑call clients and candidates to generate new business.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases and market mapping.
• Conduct interviews, format resumes, write client briefs and perform reference checks.
• Develop and execute talent‑nurturing programs and sourcing strategies.
• Maintain regular contact with talent pools and keep CRM data up‑to‑date.
• Report daily/weekly recruitment progress and market trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years experience as a 360 agency recruiter working with Western clients (US, AU, NZ, CA, UK, UAE, SG).
• Proven ability to make high‑volume cold calls and achieve placement targets.
• Strong work ethic, self‑driven, goal‑oriented and highly organised.
• Excellent communication and rapport‑building skills.
• Attention to detail and disciplined follow‑up.
