Remote Accountant – Fractional Finance Team

About the role

Attivo Partners is seeking a proactive Accountant to join its remote finance team supporting fast‑growing, venture‑backed startups. You will own day‑to‑day accounting tasks and help scale the reporting function as clients expand rapidly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, payroll, fixed assets, and general ledger entries.
• Assist with the monthly close by posting journal entries, reconciling accounts, and performing ad‑hoc financial analysis.
• Maintain regular communication with client teams to ensure high‑quality service and accurate deliverables.
• Support special projects and ad‑hoc assignments as needed.

Required profile

• Solid understanding of GAAP principles.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Enthusiastic learner eager to grow within a dynamic, startup‑focused environment.
