Reliability Operator (Pumps)

About the role

The Reliability Operator (Pumps) ensures the safe and reliable operation of critical pump equipment by performing a range of reliability tests and routine inspections. You will work on‑site in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, supporting both preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform reliability tests such as RGA, fiber integrity, lead integrity, epoxy mixing, and thermal chamber testing.
• Monitor, operate, and inspect critical pump equipment to detect early signs of wear or failure.
• Collect and analyze operational data to drive reliability improvements.
• Report equipment abnormalities and assist in root cause failure analysis (RCFA).
• Maintain accurate logs, records, and reports of all testing activities.
• Participate in preventive maintenance tasks and support corrective maintenance as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations at all times.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• High school diploma, technical diploma or associate degree in industrial technology, mechanical/electrical systems, or a related field (preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in reliability processes.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced environment.
