Reliability Operator (Pumps)

About the role

The Reliability Operator (Pumps) ensures safe and reliable operation of critical pump equipment through testing, monitoring, and preventive maintenance. You will work onsite in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Perform reliability tests such as RGA, fiber integrity, lead integrity, epoxy mixing, and thermal chamber testing.
• Monitor, operate, and inspect critical pump systems to detect early signs of wear or failure.
• Conduct routine rounds, collect operational data, and analyze results to drive reliability improvements.
• Report equipment abnormalities and assist in root cause failure analysis (RCFA).
• Maintain accurate logs, records, and reports of all testing activities.
• Participate in preventive maintenance tasks and support corrective maintenance as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and environmental regulations at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma, technical diploma or associate degree in industrial technology, mechanical/electrical systems, or related field (preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in reliability processes.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced environment.
