Relationship Manager – Business Banking

About the role

The Relationship Manager – Business Banking will drive growth of the commercial loan portfolio while maintaining asset quality. You will act as the primary point of contact for business clients, offering tailored banking solutions and ensuring high levels of service.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new commercial loans and cross‑sell additional bank products and services.
• Conduct credit evaluations, including client calls and site inspections, and recommend credit facilities.
• Maintain and improve the quality of the loan portfolio to maximize return on resources.
• Identify target markets, market bank offerings, and present customized financial packages.
• Perform annual reviews of existing credit facilities to ensure continued suitability.
• Deepen relationships with prime accounts by increasing deposits, collateral, and loan utilization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Accounting, or Commerce; postgraduate degree preferred.
• Working knowledge of international and local trade payments, bank service policies, and credit approval processes.
• Two years of banking experience or five years in another industry.
• Strong financial and profitability analysis capabilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
