Regulatory Graphic Artist

About the role

The Regulatory Graphic Artist works closely with the Regulatory team, suppliers and local clients to facilitate artwork creation for purchase orders and FDA submissions. This role ensures that all packaging graphics comply with regulatory standards and are accurately transferred to production.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and review SOF from the Regulatory Head, checking status, amendments and certification requirements.
• Maintain and update the list of approved artworks and related folders.
• Finalize new order artwork according to CPR, FDA corrections and guidelines, then coordinate with suppliers for machine‑setting adjustments.
• Print finalized artwork and coordinate pharmacist review before returning to the supplier.
• Revise artwork based on pharmacist feedback and manage repeat orders, checking for CPR amendments such as packaging design changes or distributor updates.
• Generate barcodes for clients and suppliers lacking them.
• Send approved artwork to clients for final approval and advise suppliers on LSD provision.
• Track pending artworks, route approvals, and provide PO numbers to Purchasing.
• Scan approved artworks and forward them to manufacturers with PO references.
• Respond to supplier queries regarding artwork issues and keep the approved artwork list current.
• Check supplier snap‑shots against the last approved version before final printing.
• Prepare mock‑ups for FDA submission and verify dimensions, details and graphic design for pre‑shipment samples.

Required profile

• Strong collaboration skills with regulatory, supplier and client teams.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow FDA packaging guidelines.
• Capability to manage multiple artwork files, revisions and documentation.
• Proactive communication to resolve artwork issues and ensure timely approvals.
