Regulatory Affairs Pharmacist

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Regulatory Affairs Pharmacist to join our team at RX Global Sales & Marketing Corp. based in Ortigas Center, Pasig City. The role focuses on securing and maintaining regulatory approvals for our pharmaceutical products while ensuring compliance with local and international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Obtain and renew regulatory permits and product licenses from the FDA and other relevant authorities.
• Monitor and enforce product quality control procedures and warehouse storage standards.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and evidence of compliance.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver accurate product information and assist in market research activities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of regulatory submissions and correspondence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Active Pharmacist license (PRC).
• 1–3 years of experience in regulatory affairs or related pharmaceutical compliance.
• Strong analytical, communication and organizational abilities with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Knowledge of FDA regulations and local pharmaceutical licensing processes.
• Familiarity with quality control and warehouse compliance standards.
