Registered Pharmacist

About the role

Clinica Manila, a busy urban healthcare provider located in SM Megamall, Mandaluyong, is seeking a full‑time Registered Pharmacist to join its on‑site team. The pharmacist will play a key role in ensuring safe, accurate medication dispensing and patient counseling within a community‑oriented clinic.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and verify prescriptions for completeness and safety.
• Counsel patients on proper medication use, potential side effects, and storage.
• Review patient medication profiles, identify drug interactions, and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and clinic policies.
• Manage pharmacy inventory, monitor stock levels and expirations, and coordinate with suppliers.
• Maintain accurate medication records and support medication safety initiatives.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals and assist in patient education and quality improvement programs.

Required profile

• Valid pharmacist license and registration in the Philippines.
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (or equivalent) with successful board examination.
• Solid knowledge of pharmacology, therapeutics, dosage calculations and drug interactions.
• Experience in community or clinical pharmacy settings, preferably outpatient/clinic.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
• Excellent patient counseling and communication abilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Mandaluyong.

Required skills

• Proficiency with pharmacy or clinic information systems.
• Experience using electronic medical records.
• Competence in basic office software applications.
