Company Nurse & Administrative Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and organized professional to serve as both a Company Nurse and Administrative Assistant. The role combines basic healthcare support for employees with day‑to‑day office operations, ensuring a safe and efficient workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑aid treatment, basic health services, and monitor employee health conditions.
• Maintain accurate medical records, prepare medical and incident reports, and support wellness programs.
• Coordinate with accredited hospitals or healthcare providers for employee medical concerns.
• Administer medicines as needed and manage clinic supplies.
• Assist in daily office tasks, organize company records, and support HR with reports, scheduling, and documentation.
• Help with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities when required.
• Handle internal communications, clerical duties, and other administrative tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Registered Nurse with a valid PRC license.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Detail‑oriented, able to multitask, and willing to work onsite.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
