Registered Pharmacist – Entry Level

About the role

Cognizant is seeking a Registered Pharmacist to join its Taguig operations. This entry‑level position supports customers by handling product‑related inquiries, complaints, and documentation within a BPO environment. The role starts with full‑time onsite training and transitions to a hybrid work arrangement based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and assess inbound calls regarding medication, medical device, or product issues.
• Identify and classify product complaints such as defects, packaging problems, or device concerns.
• Guide callers to accurately describe issues and gather necessary details.
• Document all information clearly and accurately in the designated system.
• Follow structured processes and quality standards while handling repetitive tasks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of complaints.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in a BPO or healthcare setting.
• Basic understanding of healthcare concepts, medicines, product handling, or medical devices.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work accurately within defined processes and meet quality metrics.
• Willingness to attend full‑time onsite training before transitioning to hybrid work.
