Registered Pharmacist (0-2 years experience)

About the role

Cognizant is looking for a Registered Pharmacist to join its healthcare support team in Taguig. You will assist callers in describing product‑related issues, document complaints accurately, and follow structured processes to ensure quality resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and classify product complaints such as defects, packaging problems, or device concerns.
• Guide callers through detailed description of issues and capture information clearly.
• Document all interactions and findings in the designated system with high accuracy.
• Follow established SOPs and handle repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Participate in full‑time onsite training before transitioning to a hybrid work arrangement.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in BPO or healthcare environments.
• Basic understanding of healthcare concepts, medicines, product handling, or medical devices.
• Strong communication skills for effective caller guidance.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to document information clearly.
• Comfortable working within structured processes and meeting performance metrics.
