Registered Nurse – US Relocation with Green Card Sponsorship

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse who wishes to relocate to the United States. The position is based in a skilled nursing center in Taos, New Mexico, serving a predominantly geriatric, bilingual (Spanish and English) population. The employer will sponsor a Green Card, provide relocation assistance, housing support, and a renewable three‑year contract.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate charting and incident reporting in accordance with facility policies.
• Handle narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction procedures.
• Document changes in patient conditions, including nutrition, infections, skin integrity, and weight loss.
• Utilize the Quality Life Manual to place and monitor patients in appropriate programs.
• Notify relevant departments of room changes, admissions, discharges, and leaves of absence.
• Participate in physician rounds when required.

Required profile

• Current RN license in the applicant’s home country.
• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Proficient in English.
• Eligible for Green Card sponsorship.
