Registered Nurse – Hospitality Health Services

About the role

We are looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse to lead health services and wellness initiatives for our team members and guests at Vivere Hotel and Resorts. You will play a vital role in ensuring safety, providing immediate care, and promoting overall well‑being in a hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day health services, first‑aid response, and wellness programs for staff and guests.
• Provide immediate care and accurate health assessments in a calm, professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols, including Department of Health (DOH) guidelines and company policies.
• Lead health‑education efforts and recommend programs that support physical and mental well‑being.
• Coordinate with HR and relevant departments for medical clearances, health reporting, and workplace safety.

Required profile

• Valid Registered Nurse license in the Philippines.
• 1‑2 years of clinical or occupational health nursing experience (hospitality or corporate experience is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of first aid, Basic Life Support (BLS), and emergency response procedures.
• Familiarity with DOH regulations and workplace health standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Calm and dependable presence, especially in emergency situations.
• Proficiency in medical documentation and reporting tools.
