Registered Nurse (Full-Time)

About the role

EPIC Health Medical Center is looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse to join its outpatient clinic in Cagayan de Oro. The nurse will be one of the first professionals to assess patients, perform triage, and support physicians during consultations and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial patient assessments, obtain vital signs, medical history, and chief complaints.
• Prioritize patients through triage based on severity and urgency.
• Document findings accurately and relay information to the attending physician.
• Assist physicians during consultations, examinations, minor procedures, and treatments.
• Prepare examination rooms, equipment, and supplies.
• Administer medications, injections, vaccines, and prescribed treatments.
• Monitor patient conditions and report significant changes.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and preventive health measures.
• Maintain confidential medical records and ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Valid PRC Nursing License.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced outpatient environment.
• Experience in triage, primary care, or outpatient settings is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome.
