Registered Nurse – Clinical Care at Waltermart San Fernando

About the role

The Medical City Clinic is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join its team at the Waltermart San Fernando location in Pampanga. The nurse will work closely with physicians to deliver high‑quality patient care, monitor health status, and respond promptly to medical emergencies.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and record patients’ vital signs and medical histories accurately.
• Develop and implement appropriate nursing care plans and perform patient triage.
• Carry out routine procedures such as blood pressure measurement, injections, and other basic clinical tasks.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout their stay.
• Document patient information through charting and prepare monthly census reports.
• Monitor inventory of medical supplies and ensure their availability.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisory staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a valid PRC license.
• At least six months of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a similar outpatient clinic.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

• General nursing knowledge and clinical competency.
