Regional Partnerships & Key Account Executive (HK)

About the role

This position supports Acclime’s Regional Partnerships and Key Account function, acting as the operational right‑hand for a high‑visibility commercial portfolio across Asia‑Pacific. You will ensure partner relationships, client engagements, and referral pipelines are managed efficiently and accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming referrals from partners and maintain a centralized lead tracker in the CRM.
• Route leads to relevant country teams, monitor progress, and follow up to minimise delays.
• Provide coordination support for selected regional key accounts across multiple countries.
• Maintain and update Power BI dashboards and Excel trackers for KAM, Partnerships, Upselling, and Cross‑Selling.
• Prepare monthly performance reports, country scorecards, and fortnightly referral reports.

Required profile

• Highly organized with strong analytical focus.
• Commercially aware and able to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and client coordination.
