About the role
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our school in Binangonan. The role is full‑time and on‑site, responsible for managing the complete hiring cycle for our educational institution.
Key responsibilities
- Source, screen and interview candidates for various staff positions.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires.
- Design and deliver training initiatives to ensure staff readiness.
Required profile
- Proven experience in hiring and recruitment processes.
- Strong interviewing and communication abilities.
- Experience creating and conducting training programs.
- Ability to assess staffing requirements and formulate effective recruitment plans.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in a school or educational setting is a plus.
