Recruitment Resourcer – Talent Acquisition

About the role

Omega Talent is looking for a proactive Recruitment Resourcer to join its growing team in Dubai. You will support the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and professional positions across engineering, digital infrastructure and real‑estate construction sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases and other online platforms.
• Conduct market mapping and talent identification exercises to build pipelines.
• Engage prospects, screen against role requirements and assess motivations, salary expectations and availability.
• Schedule interviews, coordinate communication and maintain a positive candidate experience.
• Keep candidate records and trackers up to date in internal systems.
• Prepare candidate summaries and supporting documentation for client submissions.
• Assist directors with recruitment projects and client requirements as needed.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and solutions‑focused with a willingness to take ownership.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with candidates.
• Adaptable and ready to support different business areas when required.

Required skills

• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and candidate database management.
