Recruitment Consultant

About the role

MicroSourcing is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to manage end‑to‑end hiring for technical labor‑hire positions, primarily for ACT or Australia federal government roles. The role is remote with a day‑shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview and conduct reference checks for technical candidates.
• Translate hiring requirements into creative job postings and maintain accurate candidate records using internal tools.
• Convert original CVs into the company format and design daily marketing strategies to capture leads via online ads and social media.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of agency recruitment experience for technical labor‑hire roles.
• Experience working on Federal Government positions and strong knowledge of recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication, ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage competing priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS platforms such as Job Adder.
• Active engagement on LinkedIn for talent sourcing.
