Recruitment Candidate Consultant – UK Education (Remote – Philippines)

About the role

UCM Education is looking for a Recruitment Candidate Consultant to support its UK Education desks from the Philippines. This remote, full-time position focuses on fast-paced candidate delivery for early years, teachers, teaching assistants and SEN staff placements in UK schools.

Key responsibilities

• Source suitable education candidates using the existing database, job boards and other channels.
• Review CVs, identify relevant experience and assess gaps.
• Conduct screening calls to evaluate suitability, communication skills and availability.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates via calls, email and messages.
• Keep candidate pipelines active through consistent follow-up and accurate CRM updates.
• Book candidates for next steps and support them through the recruitment process.
• Collaborate closely with senior consultants to meet placement targets.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of candidate-facing recruitment experience.
• Proactive, coachable and driven to achieve results.
• Strong verbal communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work quickly, stay organised and take ownership of candidate activity.

• Base salary of PHP 28,000–30,000 per month plus commission and bonuses.
