Recruiting Associate – Talent Acquisition (Cebu City)

About the role

Wells Fargo is looking for a Recruiting Associate to manage end‑to‑end talent acquisition for contact‑center, operational and early‑career positions. The role is based onsite in Lahug, Cebu City and supports hiring managers across multiple lines of business.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and interview candidates from internal and external pools.
• Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements, sourcing strategies and affirmative‑action goals.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications against job criteria and recommend selections.
• Provide status updates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Maintain compliance with all recruiting policies, regulatory requirements and documentation standards.
• Collaborate with the Recruiting Supervisor and HR to align selections with compensation and organizational needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of recruiting experience or equivalent (work, training, military, education).
• Bachelor’s degree from any accredited university.
• At least 2 years of volume recruiting experience in the BPO/outsourcing industry.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, handle ambiguity and adapt to change.
• Willingness to work shifting schedules, weekends, holidays and onsite at the Cebu office.
