Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a sharp, detail‑oriented Recruiter to support talent acquisition for our managed accounts. In this fast‑paced environment you will source, screen and coordinate candidates while ensuring a seamless hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and shortlist candidates for multiple open positions.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate data throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to match talent with business needs.
• Utilise spreadsheets, ATS platforms and other recruitment tools to track progress.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, sourcing or talent acquisition.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage several roles simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Comfortable working with data, trackers and recruitment systems.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
• Background in HR, business or a related field is preferred.
• Driven, resourceful and passionate about connecting people with opportunities.
