Recruiter – RPO Talent Acquisition

About the role

IBM Consulting is seeking a Recruiter specialized in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) to support its talent acquisition initiatives. You will act as the first point of contact for active candidates, convey IBM's employee value proposition, and partner closely with hiring managers to deliver qualified talent for hybrid cloud and AI projects.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers.
• Post job requisitions on various job boards and maintain accurate ATS records.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with client subject‑matter experts.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and process optimisation within recruitment workflows.
• Participate in discovery meetings to define sourcing strategies and delivery timelines.
• Screen candidates using defined criteria, conduct pre‑recorded or scripted interviews, and present shortlists.
• Act as a brand ambassador to keep candidates engaged and informed.
• Provide status updates to Talent Acquisition Business Partners and contribute to high client satisfaction scores.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an in‑house, RPO or agency environment.
• Minimum two years of hands‑on experience with a web‑based applicant tracking system.
• Solid understanding of functional recruitment processes and best practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency with web‑based ATS platforms.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening abilities.
