Recruiter (RPO)

About the role

IBM Consulting is seeking a Recruiter specialized in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) to support its talent acquisition needs across a range of client projects. You will act as the first point of contact for active candidates, showcasing IBM's employee value proposition and helping hiring managers fill critical positions.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers.
• Post job requisitions on various job boards and maintain accurate listings.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with client subject‑matter experts.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and process optimisation within recruitment workflows.
• Participate in role discovery meetings to align on delivery expectations and sourcing strategies.
• Screen candidates using defined criteria, conduct pre‑recorded or scripted interviews, and submit shortlists.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide status updates.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of recruitment experience in an in‑house, RPO, or agency setting.
• Minimum 6 months of hands‑on experience with a web‑based applicant tracking system.
• Knowledge of functional recruitment best practices.
