Recruiter – Night Shift

About the role

KMC Solutions is looking for a night‑shift Recruiter to manage end‑to‑end hiring for gas stations, convenience stores, field operations and corporate positions. You will source qualified candidates, coordinate interviews and ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements while delivering a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the HR Manager to develop and execute recruiting strategies that meet staffing needs.
• Post and manage job openings on internal and external boards, source candidates via ATS, job boards, referrals, social media and networking.
• Conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, prepare interview materials and maintain timely communication with candidates.
• Support hiring managers with best‑practice recruitment processes, offer letters, background checks and pre‑employment screenings.
• Track recruiting metrics (time‑to‑fill, pipeline status) and generate reports for HR leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of recruiting or HR experience, preferably in retail, operations or high‑volume hiring.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state and local labor laws, EEO guidelines and data‑privacy standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational and relationship‑building abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
• Experience using job boards, sourcing tools and social media for candidate outreach.
