Recruiter – Global Legal Talent

About the role

RemoteLegalStaff is building a dedicated recruitment team to source and manage legal professionals worldwide. As a Recruiter you will join one of three specialist tracks—Marketing & Sourcing, Screening & Assessment, or Profiling—focused on attracting, evaluating, and profiling talent for U.S. law firms.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates across Latin America, the Philippines, South Africa, and other global markets.
• Develop employer‑brand touchpoints, recruitment campaigns, and candidate pipelines aligned with your specialist track.
• Screen candidates for foundation, communication, judgment, and critical‑thinking skills.
• Conduct structured, competency‑based interviews and document evaluations.
• Utilise AI tools and ATS platforms daily to manage pipelines and maintain high standards.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure hires support long‑term retention.
• Continuously improve sourcing, screening, or profiling processes based on track focus.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in staffing or agency environments.
• Proven active‑sourcing ability using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and passive outreach.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Evidence‑based decision‑making with solid judgment.
• Comfortable working with global talent pools, especially LATAM, the Philippines, or South Africa.
