Recruiter – Fresh Graduates Welcome

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive full training on our end‑to‑end recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews and assess cultural fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct in‑depth interviews and provide detailed feedback to hiring managers.
• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the hiring journey.
• Promote the employer brand through compelling job ads and social media content.
• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and craft job descriptions.
• Use the applicant tracking system to keep accurate candidate records and generate reports.
• Extend offers, negotiate terms and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends, best practices and legal requirements.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in talent acquisition.
• Internship or prior experience in recruiting is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and candidates.
