Recruiter (Corporate & Business Roles)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for a wide range of corporate and business functions at Coins, the leading crypto brand in the Philippines. You will partner with hiring managers across Customer Experience, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Legal, Compliance and more to attract top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate and support roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and direct outreach.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews and assess cultural and competency fit.
• Collaborate with department leaders to define role requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process and support onboarding.
• Track recruitment metrics, provide regular updates and recommendations to leadership.
• Support employer branding initiatives to position Coins as an employer of choice in fintech.
• Assist in improving recruitment SOPs and related HR processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience, preferably in fintech, technology startups or recruitment agencies.
• Proven ability to source talent proactively across multiple channels.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in English and Filipino.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, target‑driven environments.
