Recruiter – Build Nationwide Talent Network

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to expand and strengthen our nationwide network of professionals across the United States. In this role you will identify, engage, and onboard qualified talent to ensure fast, reliable, and high-quality service delivery. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to grow geographic coverage and meet operational demands.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and qualify candidates through cold outreach, online platforms, referrals and networking.
• Design and execute recruitment strategies to improve coverage in key US regions.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing partners.
• Support onboarding, verifying credentials, certifications, insurance and compliance documentation.
• Maintain accurate records in internal tracking systems and databases.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and overall network performance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume or network-based hiring.
• Experience hiring across various engagement types (W2, contractor, etc.).
• Familiarity with US employment and onboarding requirements is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools and other candidate tracking systems.
