Records to Report Manager

About the role

The Records‑to‑Report (R2R) Manager will lead the end‑to‑end financial close and reporting process for all business units, ensuring accuracy, integrity and timely delivery of financial information. You will champion compliance with IFRS/GAAP, drive automation, and develop a high‑performing finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Direct monthly, quarterly and year‑end closing cycles, enforcing group‑wide timelines and quality standards.
• Perform trial balance review, profit proofing, flux analysis and balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Oversee preparation and delivery of monthly reports, quarterly consolidated statements and annual standalone and consolidated financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, local GAAP and regulatory requirements; manage relationships with external auditors.
• Supervise, train and mentor the R2R team, fostering continuous learning, collaboration and care.
• Lead standardisation and automation initiatives to streamline reporting and accounting processes.

Required profile

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
• Minimum 8 years of financial accounting experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership and organisational abilities.

Required skills

• Expertise in IFRS and local GAAP.
• Proficiency with large‑scale ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Advanced Excel skills.
