About the role
We are looking for a Quick Service Partner to join our service crew in Metro Manila. In this role you will interact directly with customers, ensuring fast and friendly service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Serve customers efficiently, handling orders and special requests.
- Meet assigned sales or service quotas.
- Assist in training new Quick Service Partners as needed.
- Uphold sanitation standards and follow safety procedures.
- Manage crowd flow and maintain a pleasant environment.
Required profile
- High school diploma or vocational graduate.
- Minimum two years experience in a similar fast‑service role.
- Ability to multitask and handle requests promptly.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
