Quality Inspector

About the role

The Quality Inspector ensures that all incoming materials and in‑process products meet the required specifications and quality standards. You will work closely with production teams to verify compliance, report non‑conformities and support continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Perform incoming inspections, confirming material specifications through visual and measurement tests.
• Conduct line‑clearance checks and approve start‑up or change‑over before mass production.
• Carry out in‑process verification according to Quality Plans, Procedures and Work Instructions, and communicate required adjustments to operators or supervisors.
• Collect product samples for laboratory testing and ensure proper segregation, identification and documentation of blocked, hold or reject parts.
• Maintain inspection records using the established quality record‑keeping system.
• Check inspection tools, jigs and equipment daily to guarantee they are in good condition.
• Apply basic 5S housekeeping practices at the workstation.

Required profile

• Familiarity with ISO, GMP, HACCP, 5S and safety standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to relay quality concerns.
• High sense of responsibility, detail‑orientation and professional attitude.
• Willingness to work shift schedules and respond promptly to quality issues.

Required skills

• Use of quality inspection tools and equipment.
• Computer literacy and basic software applications for quality reporting.
• Knowledge of ISO, GMP, HACCP, 5S and safety procedures.
