Quality Control Inspector – Aerospace Manufacturing

About the role

The Quality Control Inspector will join Aerotech Industries Philippines Inc. in Pampanga, supporting the inspection of aircraft parts, components and assemblies. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures that every product meets engineering drawings, specifications and regulatory standards, contributing to the safety and reliability of aerospace systems.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections of aircraft parts, components and assemblies using precision measuring tools.
• Compare inspected items against engineering drawings, specifications and applicable standards such as AS9110C and ISO 9001:2015.
• Document inspection results, prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
• Identify non‑conformities and coordinate corrective actions with production and engineering teams.
• Support internal and external audits and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong background in quality control and inspection within a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications and standards.
• Effective communication skills for clear reporting and collaboration.
• Relevant vocational training or a diploma/degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or a related technical field is an advantage.

Required skills

• Use of precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers and gauges.
• Familiarity with AS9110C and ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems.
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
