Quality Assurance Analyst

About the role

The Quality Assurance Analyst ensures that all food products meet established quality and safety standards. Working on the production floor, you will perform inspections, laboratory tests, and support continuous improvement of quality processes.

Key responsibilities

• Verify that raw materials and finished goods comply with quality specifications.
• Inspect samples for visible defects, conduct various tests, and record observations.
• Accept or reject production lots based on sample analysis and assist in implementing quality control programs.
• Prepare training manuals and quality guidelines.
• Perform physico‑chemical tests on raw materials, in‑process items, and final products according to laboratory procedures and quality plans.
• Carry out regular inspections within the production plant.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Licensed Chemist.
• 1‑2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the food industry or manufacturing.
• Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices, GMP, HACCP, and ISO 17025.
• Ability to work in hot or cold environments and on rotating shift schedules.
