About the role
We are looking for a proactive Purchasing Specialist to manage the end‑to‑end procurement of materials and supplies. The role involves negotiating with vendors, monitoring inventory, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and oversee purchasing processes for both local and imported goods.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure favorable terms.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast future purchasing needs.
- Evaluate vendor performance and build long‑lasting supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant procurement regulations.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Purchasing Officer or Associate.
- Strong negotiation skills and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset for assessing supplier offerings and market trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
