Pumpcrete Operator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Pumpcrete Operator to join our construction team and ensure safe, efficient concrete placement on site. The role involves operating pumpcrete equipment in line with project specifications and Philippine construction safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate pumpcrete machines for concrete placement.
• Set up and position equipment correctly before each operation.
• Coordinate with site engineers, foremen, and concrete mixer drivers.
• Monitor concrete flow, adjusting controls as required.
• Perform routine cleaning, inspection, and basic maintenance of the pumpcrete equipment.
• Report mechanical issues and assist in troubleshooting.
• Follow all site safety protocols and use personal protective equipment.
• Maintain daily operational logs.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience operating pumpcrete or similar heavy equipment.
• Valid Professional Driver’s License with a restriction for heavy vehicles.
• Proven experience with pumpcrete machines.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards is an advantage.
