About the role
The Property Financial Accountant will manage month‑end close, perform reconciliations, prepare financial reports, handle accounts payable and receivable, support audits, maintain internal controls, and drive process improvements within a real‑estate portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Execute month‑end close procedures accurately and on schedule
- Conduct detailed account reconciliations
- Prepare and present financial reporting packages
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Provide support for internal and external audits
- Maintain and monitor internal control frameworks
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives
