Project Nurse – Occupational Health

About the role

The Project Nurse will lead occupational health initiatives across construction sites in Luzon, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on hazard assessment, employee health screening, and the development of preventive health programs.

Key responsibilities

• Observe and assess work environments for potential health hazards.
• Develop and implement disease‑prevention programs such as smoking cessation, exercise, and nutrition initiatives.
• Screen new and existing employees for fitness to work, including physical exams, vision/hearing tests, and drug/alcohol screening.
• Conduct annual physical examinations and manage pre‑onboarding health clearances.
• Investigate workplace incidents to determine if hazards contributed to injury or illness.
• Develop health policies and ensure compliance with public health and employment legislation.
• Provide medication, rehabilitation therapy, and follow‑up care for work‑related injuries.
• Maintain accurate health records, generate DOLE reports, and coordinate with accredited clinics and hospitals.
• Implement health and wellness programs and submit post‑activity reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with a professional RN license.
• 3–5 years of experience in occupational health or related nursing roles.
• Experience in the construction industry is an advantage.
• Willingness to relocate and work on‑site throughout Luzon.
• Immediate availability.
