Project Manager – Wind Energy Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery, installation and commissioning of wind turbine projects from our Envision headquarters. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely and on‑budget execution while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead internal project team activities to deliver, install and commission wind turbines on schedule and within budget.
• Manage wind turbine project deliveries and ensure customer acceptance.
• Collaborate with the overall project leader on all project management topics and communicate with customers as needed.
• Monitor supply chain, plan resources, and hire site technician team members.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders on commercial and technical issues.
• Support the project team in resolving issues and assist in customer management.
• Take responsibility for the entire project, monitor deliverables, and report results to Envision Energy management.
• Identify and manage risks, facilitate escalation of roadblocks, and define action plans.
• Organize and attend project management meetings covering safety, planning, quality, risk, forecasting and actions.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification (e.g., engineering or related field).
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Project Manager on large infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in the wind industry.
• Strong knowledge of people and project management methods, commercial management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to challenge the status quo and pursue continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using Sharepoint.
