Project Manager – Smart City Initiatives

About the role

The Project Manager will lead planning, execution, and reporting for smart city and infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. This role requires close coordination with multiple business units and senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, monitor, and update project timelines and schedules across all business units.
• Address, coordinate, and communicate project concerns, issues, and risks to relevant stakeholders for resolution.
• Produce management reports and documentation in line with agreed schedules, including status reports for senior leadership.
• Support management by preparing key materials and insights for decision‑making.
• Ensure compliance with all project exigencies, including those related to the Smart City Office of the President.

Required profile

• Solid knowledge of basic project management methodologies.
• Degree or equivalent experience in project management, preferably in engineering or infrastructure development.
• 5–8 years of project management experience, preferably in infrastructure or technology projects.
• Experience handling government or private‑initiated infrastructure/development projects.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Knowledge of smart city technologies or digital transformation initiatives is an advantage.
• Willingness to work onsite at MOA Complex, Pasay City.
