Project Manager – Professional Services

About the role

Five9 is seeking a Project Manager to join its Professional Services team in Manila. The role focuses on delivering seamless implementation projects for cloud contact‑center solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operational and tactical aspects of multiple implementation projects.
• Create detailed project plans, elicit and define customer requirements, and maintain internal project applications.
• Communicate project status, risks, and progress to internal teams and customer stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other project managers, partners, and vendors to streamline product implementations.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies while handling client and sales escalations.
• Present Five9 Professional Services value through demos and discussions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in implementation, professional services, project management, or technical consulting, preferably in the call‑center industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Project management documentation (Project Charters, Weekly Status Reports).
• Vendor management and client relationship building.
