Project Manager (Production Plant)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead large‑scale capital and infrastructure projects in a highly regulated manufacturing environment. The role ensures safe, efficient delivery of plant expansions, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements while meeting quality, cost, and schedule targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute project strategies for major engineering initiatives, managing schedules, budgets, resources, and performance tracking.
• Monitor progress, report milestones, expenditures, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Oversee high‑value capital projects such as facility expansions, plant upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
• Evaluate contract proposals, lead contractors, consultants, and project teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure construction and engineering activities comply with specifications, industry standards, and safety requirements.
• Manage permitting, regulatory documentation, and coordinate with external agencies for approvals.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, quality, safety, and other functions to align project deliverables with organizational goals.
• Participate in strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives related to facilities and engineering.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline (professional licensure is a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in project engineering, plant engineering, construction management, or capital project execution within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of civil and structural works, construction practices, and occupational safety standards.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale capital projects from concept through commissioning.
• Willingness to perform regular site inspections and work full‑time onsite in Laguna.
