Project Manager – Production (Manufacturing)

About the role

SAWO Inc. is seeking a full‑time Project Manager – Production to lead manufacturing projects for its sauna product line. Based on‑site in Lapu‑Lapu, you will coordinate schedules, resources and workflows to ensure timely, on‑budget delivery while meeting ISO quality and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and monitor production projects from initiation to completion.
• Allocate resources, track milestones and prepare regular status reports for management.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement and quality assurance to resolve issues and manage risks.
• Identify efficiency opportunities, support continuous‑improvement initiatives and ensure workplace safety.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and ISO 9001/14001 requirements.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities to work with diverse on‑site teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial management or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Commitment to safety, sustainability and adherence to company standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using project tracking software.
