Project Manager - Operations

About the role

You will own the operational backbone of QOVES inside Notion, ensuring that tickets, tasks, SOPs and recurring workflows run smoothly. The role demands deep, hands‑on fluency with Notion databases, relations and views, and a proactive attitude toward keeping a large workspace tidy.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and optimise the Notion workspace that powers all company operations.
• Tri­age tickets and tasks, assign priorities and monitor progress without formal authority.
• Write, update and enforce SOPs across multiple teams.
• Coordinate KPI check‑ins, produce clear reports for leadership and ensure data freshness.
• Identify and resolve orphaned pages or stale data to keep information reliable.

Required profile

• Proven experience running projects or operations inside Notion at scale.
• Fluency with Notion databases, relations, views and recurring workflows.
• Strong ownership of ticket and task triage, SOP management and KPI reporting.
• Obsessive attention to detail and low tolerance for outdated information.
• Ability to work autonomously across time zones with minimal oversight.
• Clear, direct written English.
