Project Manager – Land Reclamation & Civil Engineering

About the role

We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Project Manager to lead large‑scale land reclamation and civil engineering projects in Manila. The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing documentation, and ensuring timely, high‑quality delivery while supporting business development and client engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, manage documentation and monitor progress.
• Supervise the project team to meet employer requirements.
• Oversee project completion within schedule, budget and quality standards.
• Report progress to senior management and lead regular strategy meetings.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings to address challenges and align goals.
• Liaise with internal teams such as Construction Supervision, Design, PM Support and Contract Advisory.
• Manage all project phases from design to completion, optimizing resources and cost‑effectiveness.
• Maintain cost/change controls, budget records and monitor contractor activities.
• Support change order estimation and manage change requests.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on contract status, costs and potential changes.
• Assist the Regional Director in identifying business opportunities and client engagement.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Professional Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) preferred.
• Minimum 15 years experience managing large‑scale civil engineering projects, with at least 5 years in marine works.
• Proven experience in risk assessment, geotechnical and engineering works, environmental impact assessments, tender preparation, site supervision and contract administration.
